Was the risotto a success?

I ended up using this recipe:

However, I slightly tweaked the first instruction. I decided to roast the sweet long red peppers, a variety of tomatoes and celery (the celery probably wasn't needed but it did give a crunch to the risotto) with oil, basil, oregano and garlic.

I was apprehensive about making a risotto when I haven't really tried making one before, but these simple instructions were helpful and easy to adapt.

It certainly went down well with a glass of bubbles (bubbles that were enhanced with the Orkney Wine Strubarb Liqueur (I promise I haven't been asked to endorse the wine...but...it really is sublime!).
