A healthy start to the day!

I looove this quick brekkie combo of Skyr yoghurt, blueberries and almonds in the morning. Skyr is fat free and high in protein so that's always a plus!

All the dishes I find/make will be gluten free and veggie, so I hope I can show you that going veggie is ok and if you find that wheat isn't your friend then that's ok too!
